Crab Rangoons for Tara

These are not hard at all! They don’t end up exactly like the ones in the restaurant, but they are equally yummy.

The other night I used the Weight Watchers recipe, which everyone says they like better than the ones we fry in oil.

It goes like this – you need a package of cream cheese(softened), a can of crab meat, a package of won ton wrappers, some soy sauce, a little garlic, a few green onions chopped up and a few snow peas. Saute the garlic, onions, and snow peas in a little olive oil for a minute. Drain the crab and add it with the saute mixture and the soy sauce to the cream cheese. Mix it all up with a fork.

Put a teaspoonful in each wrapper, wet the edges and press them together good. Do this until you run out of wrappers. Place the filled wrappers on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Oven, 425 degrees. Spray the filled wrappers with Pam. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until brown and crisp.

Yummy! If you want to fry them, you do the same thing, you just fry them in an inch or so of hot veg oil. They only take about 15-20 seconds to cook tho, so be quick with the slotted spoon to get them out!
